Refund policy
We have a 15-day return/exchange policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unwashed or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. It must also be free from stains of any kind, including makeup, dirt, dust, fragrances, hair and any odors including perfume and smoke. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
International return shipping charges, as well as customs duties and any other charges to be paid by customer.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
For Card payments online, we offer store credit. Refunds will be processed and issued in form of a voucher code or credit to redeem against any future purchase from Hues by KUI.
For Card payments on delivery, you will receive store credit or Exchanges.
NOTE: Store credit is valid for 3 months from the date of issue.
NOTE: Shipping fees will not be refunded.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately, within 48 hours if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. You will receive a confirmation email once your item(s) have been inspected by the team and approved for return/exchange within 48 hours from the time of your request
For first time returns and exchanges we will collect this for free, however for subsequent collections, a collection fee of 30 AED will be applied.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). We also do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you want exchanged within seven days if you are in the UAE and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
For international orders, if you wish to exchange any item, return it to us within 14 days of receiving the parcel, this will be treated as a return and thereafter you must place a new order for the item you would like instead.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be issued a voucher code or store credit within 14 business days.
Processing Time
We aim to process all returns within 10 days of receiving the items. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at mavazi@huesbykui.com.
